The position is perfect to visit the city, both historical and modern Istambul. The design is nice and modern and also the spa is beautiful. Breakfast is quality and staff always gentle and available

Super comfortable, slept through breakfast twice! The location is great with bars and restaurants 5mins walk away, but just far enough for silent streets for a good night's sleep. Close to, but also far away enough from the busier tourist attractions like the cistern, blue mosque etc. Breakfast on the mornings we didn't sleep through was great, staff on hand for fresh coffee and juice. Pancakes and eggs made to order. All in all, couldn't be happier with hotel choice.

Things I don't like it : *no balcony in rooms even in the room with sea view * the location of hotel that not in main street and if you want to go by walking the steert has down/up hill ,it near galata tower but not easily you can go there.

the location near to the Galata tower, restauran and others the breakfast was very Good. fresh, and also the friendly staff 👍🏼

Exceptional service caring and friendly team I had accident. At. Galata bridge. Ended. By. Broken wrist. Mr Ulas. Did call transportation to the hospital and that. Was done immediately All. Hotel staff. Were standing. By for. Help We hank you. All. For. Beautiful. Fruits basket. And cards. And. Good. Wishes for speedy. Recovery We. Should. Mention. The. Amazing. Dinner at roof top of the hotel Five stars. Food. And exceptional. Service

To start, the Haman was wonderfully relaxing and the experience transported us to another world. The staff are super friendly and helpful; especially the lady that helped us arrange our tour and welcomed us for the first time. The breakfast offers the typical Turkish breakfast and has a variety of options too. The location is also perfect, just a few metres away from the Galata tower.

The location is great, the Haman experience great. They gave us an upgrade. Food was good, really good experience

Location - close to the different main attractions, the galataport area and near tram and tunnel (like a train\gondola to İstiklal and the metro station - very important because the galata tower and İstiklal are uphill). Comfortable Bed, and a Great Shower. There was a problem with the AC, fixed in 10 min. and the room was ice cool. Very nice and helpful staff.
